"This review is for Kiara only. Our experience with her was excellent! As for Omar, he's been our agent since 2011 and even during two household emergencies in which we specifically asked for him to reach out to us, he could not be bothered. We never hear from him. For this reason I cannot give 5 stars. We may not stay with this agent."
